First, and this is apart of the Rafflesdials review, I find myself quite seduced by this Rolex model. I honestly always thought the OP was dull, and never had particular interest in it. Once on the wrist I understand it is a perfectly balanced, well designed and very elegant watch. RAFFLESdials states: you need date and day disc overlays, however i can save you the cuppa bucks.. The DG2813 DayDate from ebay and raffles dials work perfectly together. The Movement spacer ring had to be grinded down with sandpaper just a very little..
I ordered a kit lady Rolex using 2671. This included a metal ring shim washer and a date wheel overlay. The other kit (new model sub) he did not include that date wheel overlay.
The case and dial was from rafflesdials, the movement and hands from aliexpress. You can also get cases on AE too. The movement is an eta2824 clone, PT5000. #1.
