They estimated a turnaround time of 4-6 weeks and the actual time taken was closer to the latter. Such was the case with mine, and I sent it off to Michael Young at Classic Watch Repair in Hong Kong. Michael Young was the only one doing this kind of work until Rollieworks invested the money and time to start doing it.
