The case appears unpolished, albeit worn from use, with original and defined beveled lugs, and shows the serial number and Rolex coronet on the outside of the caseback, in addition to the trademark “S&L Acero” stamp.In addition to the 44 factory set Rolex diamonds, Rolex signed the dial for one of their most important retailers, Serpico Y Laino. S&L were unique in the fact that they also subtly engraved their initials onto the casebacks and this reference 1804 shows that here perfectly.
