I have never seen Authentic Rolex Daytona leather bands for sale. Maybe I wont be able to buy one. The original croc strap for the Rolex is ridiculously expensive, some £300 or 5 I believe. This is the reason I boxed mine back up and replaced it with a Christopher Ward alligator strap for a fraction of the price.

Having just looked at a video of the 5905R I would say the finish on the stainless is maybe 60% of the case down then there is a slight groove where the last link of bracelet would sit above. IMO not noticeable when sits on wrist normally and is still polished.
